An intrepid work party descended on the Watch Currock site today. The route in has been levelled and cleared. The lawn mower has been repaired and set up. The strip has been cut and holes filled with sand. The site box has been tidied and rubbish removed.
The flying site has never looked so good. Everyone who took part should be very proud of the difference their effort has made. When the wind finally drops we can all enjoy the facilities to the full.

Flying has taken place at the field. Conditions are far from perfect, but it is drying out fast and will soon be ready for it's first cut of the year. At the moment, it is possible to get a car to the second gate with care, but always check on foot first. The strip is a little bumpy at the moment but better than this time last year.
